Fighter Diet followers are becoming famous for lean legs! Yeah we're doing it! Let me take you on a tour on how to do it!
Step 1: Build the dense muscle mass which gives your legs SHAPE
Without muscle you can't shape up. I know you might be scared of getting bulky thighs, but you will not when you do Fighter Diet combined with my Lean Legs concept. Lean legs are not made over night. Start with sticking to it for three months without questioning 'is it happening?'. it is happening, don't worry about it.

Robert Drysdale suspended one year for failed drug test at TUF 19 Finale
Drysdale on Monday told the NAC that he previously underwent testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but stopped the now-banned treatment two months prior to his UFC debut. Drysdale failed to disclose either of those facts on his pre-fight medicals, and his subsequent drug test revealed a testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio of 12:1, well above the Nevada legal limit of 4:1.
UFC 179 medical suspensions: Phil Davis potentially out six months
Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA) announced on Monday that two of the 22 UFN 179 fighters are suspended six months pending medical clearance after Saturday night’s fights. Phil Davis, who scored a unanimous decision victory over Glover Teixeira in the co-main event, needs clearance of his right hand before stepping back in the Octagon again. Scott Jorgensen , who suffered a first-round loss to Wilson Reis , could also be out 180 days with a rib injury.

Hi, my name is Randy and I am a 29 year old high school teacher and wrestling coach from Southern California. Unfortunately, I was recently diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiform (GBM) Grade 4. Around mid April, Southern California went through a series of heat waves. During that period, I began to experience headaches on a daily basis. I very rarely have headaches (1 or 2) a year, so I assumed they were just from my allergies. As the days went on, my headaches were getting worse and no over the counter medicine was relieving the pain. One day in the middle of May, I was driving on the freeway and had difficulties staying in my lane and my headaches were becoming unbearable, so I checked into urgent care. The physicians ordered a CTSCAN and found a mass tumor in my right parietal lobe of my brain. They then rushed me to another facility for Neurosurgery and operated on me the following day and my surgeon removed 90-95% of the Tumor. I felt like the worst was behind me and I was in the clear. A few days later my pathology test came back with the unfortunate news that I have GBM Grade 4, a form of cancer that is considered in the medical world to be incurable.

Gene Waas is the Secretariat of high school wrestling referees
"You're only as good as your last call," Waas said, and like a certain coffee brand, Waas was always good to his last call. For 19 years in his officiating career, which extended from 1980 to 2006 (too short in our book), he was the top-rated District 11 official. He's worked seven state tournaments. Dr. Tabata: The Benefits of Short But Intense Workouts
In addition to doing high intensity interval exercises a couple of times a week, it’s wise to alternate a wide variety of exercises in order to truly optimize your health. Without variety, your body will quickly adapt and the benefits will begin to plateau. As a general rule, as soon as an exercise becomes easy to complete, you need to increase the intensity and/or try another exercise to keep challenging your body. I recommend incorporating the following types of exercise into your program on days when you’re not doing high intensity anaerobic training:
Mark Hunt: People's Choice to People's Champ?
Four years ago, Mark Hunt was getting over a first-round submission loss to Sean McCorkle in his UFC debut and wondering where his career was heading. On Wednesday morning in his Australian home, he got word that he was going to be fighting Fabricio Werdum at UFC 180 on November 15 for the interim UFC heavyweight championship. Hunt hasn’t forgotten those dark days and what people said about him back in 2010. “Mark Hunt was one that wasn’t even wanted,” he said. “He wasn’t good enough to be here, and he’s here knocking on the door for a title shot.” “The Super Samoan” laughs, content in the reality that since that fight with McCorkle, he’s gone 5-1-1 in the Octagon with four knockouts, five post-fight bonuses, and a fanbase that grows with each passing fight. And at 40, he’s still far from done. “I think people like the underdog story, but I’m a real fighter,” Hunt said when asked about his appeal to the fans. “I’m a fighter for over half my life. 24 years of fighting in two different sports, and I’m still banging.
Michael Bisping can't help but laugh at how angry he makes Luke Rockhold
"To be honest I'm not actually going out there and trying to engage in mental warfare, but I think Luke has got himself so worked up he's doing it for me," Bisping said. "Cause I'm not doing anything. I know he's a tough test and I'm training hard and I'm just focusing on that. I know it's been sold as this big grudge match and in some ways it is. We certainly don't like each other and none of it is manufactured, but I'm going down there to take care of business."
Brazil's Lone King Aldo Still Reigns Supreme
Brazil sleeps well tonight. In the main event of UFC 179 at the Ginásio do Maracanãzinho in Rio de Janeiro, Jose Aldo remained the UFC featherweight champion and the only Brazilian to currently hold a title in the organization, but he got pushed to the limit to get there, as he gutted out a five-round unanimous decision over number one contender Chad Mendes . The thrilling 25-minute battle was a rematch of a 2012 bout between the two, and while Aldo won both, Saturday’s bout didn’t resemble his first-round knockout of Mendes more than two years ago in the slightest. “I think I deserved to win,” Aldo said. “He hit me a few times but I hit him a lot more. All I can do is congratulate Chad Mendes. I really respect him and his team and all his family. Inside here it’s a rivalry, but outside we’re friends.” Scores were 49-46 across the board for the 28-year-old Aldo, now 25-1. The victory marked his 18th consecutive win and his seventh successful title defense. Mendes pressured Also from the start, throwing hard lg kicks and firing off combinations.
Invicta FC 9 headliner Barb Honchak: Hashi will be 'too tough for her own good'
“I had no idea that was going to be as big as it was,” Honchak said. “I don’t fight at home very often and there’s a local sponsor here who makes t-shirts for people at the local shows. A couple people asked me about a shirt, but I said I didn’t want to deal with it. Then a friend of mine said they were going to make a t-shirt and it just blew up so much we even had to make a website for it. I was laughing hysterically when I saw the shirt. It’s hilarious.”
Sherdog’s Official Mixed Martial Arts Rankings - ‘Scarface’ Reloaded
There is no change atop the featherweight rankings. Jose Aldo made
sure of that.
The longtime 145-pound kingpin weathered blistering punches and a
furious pace from Chad Mendes
in their rematch at UFC
179 , fighting tooth-and-nail with the Team Alpha Male stud for
25 minutes. Aldo’s chin held up under all Mendes had to offer, and
in the end, the precise, powerful striking which has marked the
Brazilian’s reign carried him to victory once more. With the
unanimous decision win, Aldo maintains his grip on the
featherweight division’s No. 1 spot, while Mendes holds strong at
No. 2, having upped his stock even in defeat.
Light heavyweight Phil Davis
was able to grind out a three-round unanimous nod against
heavy-handed Glover Texeira in the UFC 179 co-main event,
propelling “Mr. Wonderful” up the ranks to No. 6. Meanwhile,
Bellator MMA champion Emanuel
Newton slides up one spot to No. 9 after a gutsy,
come-from-behind submission of Linton
Vassell at Bellator
130 . Former Strikeforce titleholder Dan
Henderson drops three spots to No.

Phil Collins Collection Arriving at the Alamo, by Reeve Hamilton
When he took the job at the Alamo, Winders said, he never expected to work so closely with a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. Neither did Patterson, a classic country fan who was stumped earlier this year when asked to name a Phil Collins song. (Patterson said he has since delved into the Collins catalogue — and enjoyed it. “It’s great music. I just never knew that was Phil Collins,” he said.)

Jose Aldo: If Conor McGregor Is Next, We’ll Do Great Promotion and a Great Fight
Aldo is one of the sport's pound-for-pound best. | Photo: Gleidson
While the featherweight title picture remains murky, at least when
it comes to who is the division’s No. 1 contender, there is no
question as to who sits atop the heap.
UFC President Dana White, who criticized Jose Aldo
following a lackluster five-round verdict over Ricardo
Lamas in February, was thoroughly impressed by the
featherweight king’s performance on Saturday night. In one of the
top fights of 2014, Aldo retained his 145-pound strap with a
hard-fought, 25-minute triumph over Chad Mendes
in the UFC
179 headliner in Rio de Janeiro.
“This fight was such a great fight and Chad Mendes came in, got
right in his chest and they went at it. I think he brought the best
out of Jose Aldo tonight,” White said at the post-fight press
conference. “This is the greatest featherweight championship fight
that I’ve ever seen. This fight took Jose Aldo to another level.
Everywhere. All over the world. Not just in Brazil. Tonight’s fight

The Walkmen: UFC 179 Walkout Songs
Mendes waited almost three years for a second crack at
Ultimate Fighting Championship featherweight titleholder
Aldo . After suffering a hugely disappointing first-round
knockout loss in the UFC 142 main event on Jan. 14, 2012, “Money”
finally got his hands on “Scarface” again.
Unfortunately for the
Team Alpha Male star, he came up short in his second title bid,
though he held his own for the allotted five rounds and at times
put the defending champion in precarious situations. In the end,
Aldo proved once again that he is arguably the sport’s top
pound-for-pound fighter. Yes, the UFC’s famed Octagon is his town,
and he runs it.
Aldo fought in front of thousands of his countrymen, and his
walkout music for the UFC
179 headliner perfectly fit his performance. “Run This Town,”
from Jay-Z and featuring Rihanna and Kanye West, personified not
only Aldo’s masterful victory over Mendes but also his position
atop the UFC’s talent-rich 145-pound division. Aldo remains without
equal, and he certainly runs the featherweight class.

ONE FC Postpones Friday's Event, Reshuffles Chinese Schedule | MMAWeekly.com
Hmn…It’s a good thing it is still an event at a later date plus another event some time after 7th Nov this year. However, the reason is not the right reason for the prosponement because the original date of Oct 31st was nothing wrong and if anything, it would have allowed for other events to follow. My guess is down to the laws in China as well as One FC does not have an exclusive deal in China but another promotion does, therefore they werent allow to be the first foreign org to hold an event. Although, it is now a reduction from 4 events to 2 events, it is still better than no event in China. One step at a time is always better than too quick too soon then totally slip down. Hope these two scheduled events will serve the basis for 10 events in 2015. I do however believe the demand in China for mma is high and One FC will have a massive following and attendance at their events. Let China showcase itsself to the world.
Dana White Defends Jose Aldo's 'Dirty Punches' (Video) | MMAWeekly.com
B/C apparently only the USA watches MMA. They call us/Canada USA Jr., and we still can’t get the video. It’s like his interview is PPV worthy, maybe we have to pay to listen to uncle Dana talk!
Also, it’s very rare a fighter lands one punch after the bell, but two?!? One is accidental, two is on purpose. People can say he was doing a combo all they want, how many fighters do combos at the end of a round and don’t almost TKO their opponent, b/c they stop after they throw the 1st punch. Aldo tried it, but the referee is too blame as well. Just like Mendes tried to kick Aldo in the cherries the following round, pay back. But if someone can show me 3 examples of a UFC fighter landing 2 hit combos after the bell, I’d be shocked. You can go all te way ack to when Dana and them ownedthe UFC. I barely remember a fighter landing wiht one punch, let alone two.
If you’re not “cheating” you’re not doing everything you can to win!
Manager defends Michael Imperato after UFC signs, then releases him
Manager Pat Wilson said Imperato (7-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) was set to face Aljamain Sterling (10-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 55 as a replacement for the injured Frankie Saenz, but the promotion cut him just one day after announcing the fight when another Canadian fighter brought to light racist and homophobic comments Imperato made on a Canadian MMA reality show.
Hey, Christmas came early! I just got my @Shredz Supplements in the mail! So glad I have these now! I’m going to follow my @Shredz exercise guideline to help me through my fitness journey.. So excited! | BrittneyPalmer.com
Repost from wed. I'm thinking of starting a fitness and supplement blog. It will explain how I got my body back after a horrific car accident shattering my pelvis in 3 places and being unable to walk for 6 months. Not being able to walk during this 6 month period, I put on about 10 pounds. I've lost 15 lbs since then. I work out 3-4 times per week, and I eat as much as I want until I'm FULL and SATISFIED at every meal. There is nothing that I cannot eat when I want. I found the secret to balancing food, exercise and lifestyle. It's amazing to be satisfied in every area. Despite what the experts tell you (I've hired them all over the years) no sacrifices are really necessary to look how you want if you do things smart. Everything you've read or heard is designed to get you to buy a product. It's all biased advice. I have the secret to working out less, eating what you want and still having the ideal body. This works for both guys and girls. It's all about being lean. Have you ever seen a guy or a girl with abs and think they don't looked great? Having definition in your stomach is what it's all about because that means the rest of your body is in shape.
For Michael Bisping, other fighters' drug use raises questions he'd rather not dwell on
“If people’s testosterone levels can be 10 times higher than what it normally is, of course that’s going to give you an edge,” Bisping said. “Like this morning, my body was sore because I’ve been training real hard, and my body just can’t do it. So I planned that today I’d take the morning off and do nothing, because I need to. Perhaps if I was taking testosterone or whatever medicine these guys took, I wouldn’t need to have taken this morning off. I would have recovered better and had more muscle mass and hit harder and run faster. Those things all help.”
The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 4 to be filmed in Las Vegas in 2015

Hindsight - UFC 179 & Bellator 130 in retrospect
There's never been a better reminder that fighting, just like any other sport, is a dirty business. The very best are constantly pushing the margins of the rules, finding out just how far they can go, before the system snaps back and puts them in check. Of course, for MMA the answer is pretty far. Outside of failed drug tests, or (occasionally) a blatant fight ending foul, MMA has a tendency to place admonishment as the first and last stop on the train of fighter punishments. Which, of course, means that smart fighters foul all the time.

Entire Ultimate Fighter cast minus one will fight on finale
It was likely from the start of this season of The Ultimate Fighter that all 16 contestants chosen would get another shot in the UFC because this is an entirely new weight class being created for the promotion. The UFC has signed a few more fighters at 115-pounds, but once the reality show finishes, the division can begin to flourish with a champion and a slew of contenders already signed.
UFC 180 Free Fight: Mark Hunt vs. Roy Nelson
Cain Velasquez injured his right knee in training, opening the door for Mark Hunt, who will now face Fabricio Werdum for the interim UFC heavyweight title at UFC 180. Watch his stunning KO walk off win over Nelson.
Beating the Odds: UFC 179
Davis dominated the UFC 179 co-main event as an underdog. |
Teixeira entered his UFC
179 co-main event against Phil Davis as
a -243 favorite on Saturday at Maracanazinho Gymnasium in Rio de
Janeiro, but it certainly did not play out that way in the
Teixeira’s experience and striking prowess did not come into play
in what many viewed as a lackluster performance; his conditioning
and speed just were not up to par. Davis (+200), on the other hand,
executed a total of nine takedowns and unleashed repeated flurries
of ground-and-pound in what turned into a lopsided unanimous
decision. “Mr. Wonderful” landed 109 total strikes to Teixeira’s
14, keeping the Brazilian at bay on the feet and completely
neutralizing him on the ground.
Davis improved to 9-2 in the
Ultimate Fighting Championship , as the 30-year-old
Alliance MMA representative won for the fourth time in his past
five appearances. Teixeira, 34, fell to 5-2 inside the Octagon.
The second upset of the event also resulted in a unanimous
decision, as Kings
MMA ’s Beneil
Dariush (+205) defeated former
Legacy Fighting Championship titleholder Carlos
Diego Ferreira (-245), who filled in for the injured Alan
Silva Alves on short notice.
Beyond the Octagon: UFC vet Saraiva gets flattened, plus former champ Mizuto Hirota vs. Masakazu Imanari
As for this weekend, we start things off with Friday's PXC 45 in Guam, where Darren Uyenoyama (9-5, 2-2 UFC) returned to the ring for the first time since his release from the UFC last December. Uyenoyama announced himself in the Octagon with a unanimous decision victory over Kid Yamamoto, and he was part of the organization's first class of flyweights. Looking to rebound from the two straight losses that saw him out of the UFC, Uyenoyama would square off this weekend with Shane Alvarez (10-1-0), who was making his own drop down to flyweight. Uyenoyama would make short work of his opponent, putting him away with punches for the first-round TKO victory.
