Rashad Evans is the latest fighter to weigh in on Jon Jones ' hit-and-run incident involving a pregnant lady. The 205 lb. champ is reported to have skipped a red light and crashed into the side of pregnant woman's car in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Jones fled from his rental car on foot, leaving behind a marijuana pipe containing marijuana and paperwork from the state of Nevada regarding MMA. Kenny Florian: Jon Jones should be scratched from UFC 187, stripped of title

“I don’t think he should be allowed to fight Anthony Johnson,” Florian said. “He needs to go and get help. I think that the UFC is probably most likely to find a replacement for Jon Jones at this point, and I think that’s probably what’s going to happen if these allegations are true.”

The Fighter & The Kid

This podcast has jumped to the top of my UFC/MMA podcast list - but c'mon, once a week?. I really feel like Brendan and Bryan should be able to do at least 2 eps a week, or maybe 2 hours a pop - I mean, what else do these guys have to do during the day? Brendan habitually mispronouncing every major UFC fighter's name on the roster is a nice touch, too. I also want to hear more about Bryan's mad greco skills. I think he should do each episode shirtless.

‘Anarchist Cookbook’ blamed for ISIS-inspired terror plan

The recent arrests of two New York women for allegedly planning an Islamic State-inspired attack in America has brought the spotlight onto controversial literature, specifically a 1970s book known as ‘The Anarchist Cookbook.’ While people like Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) have condemned the work and believes things like it should be banned, critics are more concerned with the methods and lack of accountability in America’s security community. Ben Swann interviews author and critic Heidi Boghosian about the growing concerns. Find RT America in your area: Or watch us online: Like us on Facebook Follow us on Twitter

Anthony 'Rumble' Johnson: I only want to fight for the title

Though we can't be sure, that statement, paired with the earlier one would seem to suggest that Johnson is open to fighting someone other than Jones, if need be, but he believes that if the champion is substituted, the fight should still be for a title. The UFC has not released a statement on whether Jones will be suspended or stripped of his belt, or if there is a chance that Johnson could fight for an interim belt against someone other than "Bones," yet.

Torn ACL sidelines Karakhanyan from Bellator 138, Daniel Weichel meets 'Pitbull' for title

Karakhanyan went 2-2 in his first Bellator stint and recently returned to the organization after competing for WSOF. In January, the 29-year-old Armenian fighter rebounded from a WSOF title loss to Rick Glenn with an upset of Bubba Jenkins via first-round submission at Bellator 132. The fight with “Pitbull” Freire was to be a rematch from one that took place more than four years ago in the opening round of Bellator’s Season 4 featherweight tournament. Freire won with a third-round TKO, but Karakhanyan is 10-1 since his initial loss to him.

Anthony Johnson would 'wait a year' for Jon Jones, if UFC 187 fight gets cancelled

"I only want to fight for the title," Johnson said. "I feel like I've worked my way up to being the No. 1 contender, and I plan on staying that way. Unless it's for a title, I don't want to be like Vitor and wait a year. But if I have to, I will."

UFC 186 Talking Points: Historic Stoppage

One big man, one small man. For all the talk about Quinton “Rampage” Jackson’s return to the UFC Octagon, it was Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson who stood tall in Montreal – overpowering and spectacular from start to finish. There was plenty to like about UFC 186 on Saturday night at Bell Centre – Rampage’s comeback plus several young Montreal fighters who earned rousing cheers from the hometown crowd – but Johnson’s epic performance belongs at the top of today’s Talking Points. 1. Mighty Mouse upstaged everyone. He earned the latest stoppage in UFC history when he spun from top position and a barrage of punches to place an armbar on Horiguchi, the No. 7-ranked flyweight, at the 4-minute, 59-second mark of the fifth round. Until that point, Johnson (21-2-1) was almost perfect in his execution. He finished with 14 takedowns and had a 66-31 edge in significant strikes to defend his 125-pound title for the sixth time. Johnson is so technically skilled and intelligent that even a fighter of Horiguchi’s stature was unable to keep up or counter.

Jon Jones Appears in Court, Set to Meet with UFC Brass

Nobody says Jon Jones should raise our children. That’s a straw man argument. This guy (who was likely drunk or on drugs at the time, why else would he run and hide for a day and a half?) ran a red light, smashed into another car injuring a woman, then ran away like a bi-ch, then ran back to the car to grab his cash (probably some coke too), then again proceeded to run away like a bi-ch.

Ludwig Martial Arts

Ludwig's BANG Muay Thai system (or BMT) is a rigorously developed muay thai system created by Ludwig himself. The philosophy of which draws upon experience accrued through Ludwig's 20 year career, as well as incorporating various principles Ludwig learned under long term tutelage of coaches such as Bas Rutten and Trevor Wittman. Ludwig has also added principles to the system taught to him by training with high level fighters, such as Ramon Dekkers. The system itself can be described as a striking style which includes elements of Muay Thai, Dutch kickboxing, American boxing and traditional martial arts. BMT has a promotion system similar to traditional martial arts, where students rank up in color as their skills progress. To date, nearly 40 schools teach the Bang Muay Thai system, under the affiliation program. In late 2014, Ludwig opened the physical location of the headquarters to his school, Ludwig Martial Arts, in Westminster, Colorado

Steve Bosse vs. Thiago 'Marreta' Santos booked for UFC Fight Night 70 in Brazil

Bosse was set to fight on his home turf in Montreal this past Saturday at UFC 186 against Fabio Maldonado in place of Quinton Jackson. He trains at Montreal’s TriStar Gym, but has gone nearly two years without a fight. He was scheduled for his UFC debut in 2014 at the TUF Nations Finale against Ryan Jimmo, but an injury knocked him out of the fight. He took the fight at UFC 186 when legal proceedings against Bellator MMA knocked “Rampage” out of the bout with Maldonado. But when Jackson won an appeal, he was back in the fight – and Bosse was out, though the UFC paid him his show money .

Ben Askren: 'I'm excited to kick Santos' butt' after he 'played up' accidental eye poke

“The scouting report everyone told me was, ‘He’s going to go hard as sh-t for three minutes, and then he’s going to fade a lot from there,’” Askren said. “So I expected a really strong start from him, and he was strong. But I felt him fading and we were only two minutes into the fight. Then I gave him that inadvertent eye poke, and I didn’t think it was that bad. I didn’t really feel my finger go in or anything. I think it maybe clipped the side of his eye. So when he couldn’t continue, that was really disappointing. I’ve been in combat sports a long time, and in wrestling you get poked in the eye. In wrestling, if you don’t continue you just lose.”

Rashad Evans on potential rematch with 'Rampage' Jackson: 'I would definitely knock him out'

“I definitely want a ‘Rampage’ rematch and that’s a fight I would really like to have,” Evans said on FOX Sports 1’s UFC 186 post-fight show. “He came out there (at UFC 186), he kind of looked all right. He had some things going on, so I’ll give him the benefit out of the doubt. But I tell you what, if that ‘Rampage’ gets in front of me – I’m going to (put a) highlight-reel knockout on him.”
