Day of the Dead (Deluxe Version) by Hollywood Undead

The six men of Hollywood Undead got famous by making hard-slamming rap-metal. Their fourth album is as muscular and raw-boned as ever, but they’ve injected more pop and shout-along choruses. The doomsday melody of “How We Roll” recalls Linkin Park but raps of modern-day L.A., detailing its sleazy underbelly where “packing heat” is essential. The title track calls out ugly TV evangelists who rob their congregations, and “War Child” vacillates among heady dance grooves, hypnotic melodies, and a searing rap of male insecurity. “I’ll Be There” is a pure pop left turn that surprises in a beguiling way.

The Butt Bible Pak

I have been steadily doing Pauline's fighter diet workouts daily  for about 1 year. Often times I have noticed with drastic weight loss like experienced, skin is not tight and toned. I always worried about that. Thanks to fighter diet workouts, the weight has been kept off and my body continues to shape up and really define. No sagging skin or evidence of weight loss. Thank you so much for your no nonsense approach to fitness, the basics Pauline teaches truly do work! Thankful to Pauline and fighter diet for pointing me in the right Direction and giving me the tools to build a body I only ever dreamed of! I have been using Pauline's butt bible pack,  as lower body has been my toughest area to tone up after losing weight! Fighter diet has been the answer! Not only did my legs tone up but

It looks like 8 UFC fighters were handed their walking papers

It's been a slow return to something resembling normalcy for the the UFC. There was a point, not long ago, where Tim Burke handed in his hockey stick and stopped writing the cut list (I don't know why he felt the need to do the former) just because the UFC wasn't releasing talent in predictable ways anymore. Fighters were getting 3rd, 4th, and sometimes, even 5th chances, despite multiple losses and underwhelming performances. In that same time, the UFC was also signing just about every available fighter they could get their hands on, bringing on 20-30 fighters a month. Those days are behind us.

Carmouche Edges Murphy in Fairfax

Longtime lightweight contender Gray Maynard suffered his fourth straight defeat, dropping a three-round unanimous decision to Russia’s Alexander Yakovlev . Scores were 30-27 twice and 29-28 for Yakovlev, a former welterweight making his lightweight debut. Surprisingly, it was Yakovlev taking the former All-American wrestler to the mat early, but Maynard got back to his feet easily, and while he wasn’t spectacular throughout the rest of the round, the Las Vegan put in enough solid work against the less active Yakovlev. Maynard (12-6-1, 1 NC) began the second round with a takedown, and while he didn’t do much with it, once the two rose, it was back to a workmanlike pace for the former world title challenger. Yakovlev (22-6-1) changed the complexion of the fight with less than two minutes left though, as he dropped Maynard with a left to the head. Maynard ended up on the ground for the rest of the round, but he was able to make it to the end of the frame. With the fight possibly up for grabs, Maynard got a quick takedown to start round three, Yakovlev responding with a hard left hand once the two rose.

How Teddy Holder came to fight – and knock out – Thiago Silva at WSOF 19

“I can’t say I had it all the way,” Holder said. “But I was confident going into it. If I didn’t think I could win, I wouldn’t have taken the fight, no matter how much money was offered. But I definitely wasn’t 100 percent sure I was going to win the fight. You can’t bullsh-t with Thiago Silva. I’m a nobody compared to him.”

12
Is Chad Mendes the best fighter stuck in second place? And, if so, is that so bad?

What it adds up to in the end is a fighter who may be one of the best in the world, yet can’t for the life of him get a gold belt to prove it. It’s cruel, when you think about it. Probably more than a little frustrating too, at least once the high of smashing contenders wears off. Even if his second meeting with Aldo was one of the best fights the UFC has put on in years (and it was), Mendes still remains stuck in second place.

Trading Shots: Was Al Iaquinta right to go full 'Raging Al' on UFC crowd?

Most fighters can’t handle interviews when they’re sitting in the comforts of their home with time to prepare. Now you’re asking him to deftly manipulate an angry crowd when he’s bleeding and exhausted. We’ve discussed the problems with post-fight interviews in the past, and perhaps this is another example. You can tell me how he should have handled the situation, but what makes you think you’d do any better? Think about how you’ve reacted to criticism on social media. You’re telling me you’ve never lost your cool? And that’s just people typing things on the Internet. Imagine if they were in front of your face yelling it at you.

Well you get to see the rematch 8 years later, but as a five-round main event in Krakow, Poland. It's the first time the Octagon has traveled to Poland, and they'll be represented by Jan Blachowicz in the light heavyweight co-main vs. Jimi Manuwa. The rest of the main card pits Pawel Pawlak against TUF Nations' Sheldon Westcott, and TUF 20's Joanne Calderwood welcoming Maryna Moroz to the UFC.

UFC Fight Night: Mendes vs. Lamas post-fight analysis - Fights to make for main card winners

Clay Guida . He is who he is and it's far too late for him to change into a different fighter. In other words, he's not a contender, he's a gatekeeper at featherweight just as he was at lightweight. The best way to get Guida in exciting fights is against guys who can neutralize his game and blast him on the feet, or (more favorably for Guida) opponents who are very active from the bottom and can initiate fun scrambles. I think the days of Guida fighting top 10 guys are generally over, so why not book him against Godofredo Pepey ?

Opinion: The Law of Attraction - Why Conor McGregor is destined to dethrone Jose Aldo

McGregor swiping Aldo's replica belt from under his nose was more than just a wild, chaotic scramble from the Dublin menace. It was the unconscious, hidden self, seizing an opportunity in the heat of the moment to further fuel his minds desire of attaining UFC gold. That belt was a symbol of Jose Aldo's championship status and Conor McGregor just stole it from him. That's the law of attraction at work once again. When Conor grasped that belt and raised it in the air to a roaring, drunken Irish crowd, the featherweight challenger got a real, true taste of what it must feel like to accomplish his dream. McGregor was lost and crazed in the moment, completely engrossed by that temporary taste of championship glory.
