Ben Rothwell Wants Rematch with Andrei Arlovski

That fight is not going to happen now. The UFC is going to build up Arlovski vs. Cain or Werdum because of Andre’s name value, and they have to use him while he is hot. Rothwell will get someone in the top ten but I don’t think Andre. Maybe Hunt or Barnett. Me personally I would like to see Ben fight JDS if he is healthy. JDS can dish it, Ben can take it, I think that would be a good fight, and they aren’t giving JDS a title shot unless Werdum wins.

Dan Henderson Not Walking Away After Vintage KO Victory Over Tim Boetsch

Dan Henderson was in top form on Saturday night. | Dave Mandel/Sherdog.com If you thought Dan Henderson might have written the perfect storybook ending to an illustrious career with his 28-second knockout of Tim Boetsch on Saturday night, think again. The 44-year-old fighter is still enjoying what he does, and besides, there are fights left to fulfill on his current UFC contract. “It would [be a great ending],” Henderson said following his win over Boetsch at UFC Fight Night in New Orleans. “But I guess I will have to do that on the next couple of fights also.” The Team Quest founder was in vintage form at the Smoothie King Center, as he buckled Boetsch with a right cross in the bout’s first exchange before later dropping his foe with an uppercut. He continued to batter “The Barbarian,” a man who called Henderson one of his heroes in the sport prior to their meeting, with punches until the fight was halted shortly after it began. After the bout’s conclusion, Henderson indicated that he might have injured his right hand during the final salvo.

Ronda Rousey is 'the baddest chick in the world' in Rolling Stone interview

"The first Miesha fight, she got her hooks in from behind, and I was like, 'Oh, I can get out of here easy.' But if I did, I would flash everyone, so I had to figure out a way to pull her feet out where my business was facing down, not facing the world. And then I have a phobia about camel toe. I swear to God, every time after I win, even before I take my mouthguard out, I pull my shorts down, and it's because I have a phobia of high-def camel toe, people zooming in on the Internet and everything. It's always, first thing, fix the camel toe!"

I must say, I believed this whole CrossFit movement was a passing fad. DOLCE LIFESTYLE: Build a Bigger Bench Press | The Dolce Diet

Let me take you to a little place called MEATHEADDOM. In Meatheaddom, everyone walks around with his or her arms flared out wide. They all suck in their stomachs while taking a way-too deep breath in to puff out their chests. Typically, their shirts are two sizes too small, that is, if they are wearing a shirt at all. And, only the most noble of its inhabitants ever wear shorts because that is reserved just for those who are brave enough to train their legs.

Trading Shots: Struggling to make sense of Dan Henderson's complex career

I’ll tell you why. Because you can’t un-ring that bell. Wins accomplished through cheating or gaming the system or other abuses shouldn’t count as wins. This isn’t like he grabbed the fence to prevent a takedown, and then got a knockout. It was a purposeful choice made on multiple occasions. And we’re supposed to ignore that because his six-pack wasn’t as defined as other guys’? What about Michael Bisping? If he doesn’t run into PED users, who’s to say he wouldn’t have gotten the title shot he’s always wanted? We can applaud what Henderson did last night, but that doesn’t mean it negates what happened in the past.

UFC Fight Night 68: Fights to make for the main carders

It seems like everything is better in New Orleans. The food is tastier, the atmosphere is more entertaining, and the fight cards have more excitement. UFC Fight Night 68 delivered at a level that few UFN cards ever have before, and it was personally my favorite card of 2015 thus far. But where do the main card fighters go from here?
