Here's What Happens When Gay Men Read '50 Shades Of Grey' (NSFW)
Danny Rose set a new precedent for gay grooms-to-be with his amazing proposal video. Titled "What Are We Waiting For," the video features a dance-pop soundtrack and "Glee"-style choreography, along with a number of slick costume changes to boot.
"I started writing the song in December and took me a month to complete," said Rose. "Then I prepped the music video for a few weeks and shot it all in one day...After the video I got down on one knee and asked him to make me the happiest person in the world and spend his life with me! He said of course and it was a great moment. But wanted to watch the video again 30 more times. There are a lot of inside jokes and even some wardrobe choices in there designed to experiences in our history."

Eddie Alvarez: 'It's my turn now'
Eddie Alvarez laughs when you ask him about blowing up the internet today, but it was a valid question considering that from the time he was released from his Bellator contract to the moment his signing with the UFC was announced, the lightweight star’s name was on the mind of every mixed martial arts fan and media member. That’s good publicity for anyone, but at the same time, the hours in between those monumental events in his career were certainly interesting ones. “You’re sort of in limbo,” Alvarez said. “You’re holding your breath a little bit, hoping that you’re not hit with any surprises, but it’s much like a fight. Your adrenalin’s going, you’re excited, there’s a lot going on, but I had my mind made up. I knew what the goals that I want to accomplish within the next couple years are and what’s going on with the UFC and the guys that they have in the division that I want to get my hands on. The goals with UFC and my goals are congruent and it only made sense.” With his signing, the best 155-pound fighter who was not with the UFC joined the organization and quickly became the most popular man on the roster, with a co-main event against real-life action hero Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone at UFC 178 on September 27, only heightening anticipation for the Philadelphian to finally strap on the gloves with U-F-C on them.

Joe Rogan and Friends
“One of the most complex and exciting stand-ups working in America today. Like an idealistic hippy stuck inside the body of a testosterone-pumped US marine. He’s been likened to late great US comedians such as Bill Hicks and Sam Kinison, but although he exhibits a similar brand of furious indignation, his observations and revelations are entirely his own. His angry, insightful act is an absorbing battle between his raw libertarian instincts and his refined liberal sensibilities.”
--William Cook, The Guardian
A standup comedian for more than 20 years, Joe Rogan sells out theaters internationally with his inquisitive and intense comedic style. His third hour comedy special “Joe Rogan: Live from the Tabernacle” was released in December 2012 via his website. Rogan previously starred in two hour long specials, “Talking Monkeys in Space” (2009) now available on CD & DVD and “Joe Rogan Live” (2007) now available on DVD, and released the CD’s “Shiny Happy Jihad” (2007) and “I’m Gonna Be Dead Someday” (2000).

Michael Bisping carries on as only Michael Bisping can
It wasn’t so long ago that hating on Michael Bisping was the sport within the sport of mixed martial arts. Only one person at a time could fight him, but there was always a fleet of middleweights who believed they had a mute button in the form of some power hand or other. Bisping inspired a kind of hate that started at the Mancunian accent and ended at his audacity. And all of it was actually kind of brilliant. So long as Bisping was in so many crosshairs, he would always have viability. So long as he remained British, he would have a country behind him. So long as he was winning, he would always be an antagonist. Things haven’t changed all that much on that front in 2014, except that somewhere along the way Bisping suffered a sort of reverse heel turn. He became, for lack of a better word, likeable . Even to the most patriotic North American xenophobes who don’t dig the idea of sniveling Englishmen, he began to irritate less and actually (as if by potion) endear himself more. Maybe it was working in television at FOX. Whatever it is, even with the love/hate ratio split down the middle with fans, the fighters themselves still don’t mind the idea of kicking his ass.

Men who make virginity pledges often suffer from sexual confusion, even when married
Studying a group of 15 young evangelical Christian men, Diefendorf learned that support groups and open discussions about sex with trusted companions were key in helping the men during their pre-marital years. But once married, they faced trouble. Instructed by the church to keep problems "in the dark" after marriage, the men reported feeling like they couldn't discuss sex with their friends and didn't know how to comfortably broach the subject with their wives. The newly wedded men also expressed surprise that sexual temptations continued to taunt them.

Fans Rejoice, Eddie Alvarez Is Here | FIGHTLAND
While Bellator fought to keep Alvarez on the roster, it was clear he wanted out. The young man is in the prime of his career and simply wanted to go where the money was. He wanted to test himself against the greatest fighters on the planet. And why wouldn’t he? We’ve seen too many fighters spend the bulk of their career outside of the UFC, only to become obscure relics of the sport without realizing their potential.

Donald Cerrone- Eddie Alvarez Betting Odds Nearly Even for UFC 178 Co-Headliner

Alvarez (right) is a slight underdog at UFC 178. | Dave
Mandel/Sherdog.com
The mixed martial arts world continues to buzz about Bellator MMA
releasing Eddie
Alvarez from his contract and the UFC subsequently signing the
Philadelphia native and inserting him into a bout at
UFC 178 against Donald
Cerrone .
Bookmakers have released their opening lines for the freshly
announced UFC 178 bout between Alvarez and “Cowboy,” and Cerrone a
slight betting favorite. The event will take place Sept. 27 at MGM
Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
According to BestFightOdds.com ,
the current best odds list Cerrone as the favorite at -115 or
20/23. On the opposite end, Alvarez is getting play at -105.
In layman’s terms, a bet of $115 on Cerrone would net you an
additional $100 (plus your investment), while a $105 wager on
Alvarez would earn $100 (plus the $105 back).

Eddie Alvarez on his goal for the next year: '3-0 in the UFC and the UFC lightweight champion'
"I don't want to wait around. I'm here for the title. I want to make that clear right from the beginning. Don't get me wrong, the UFC is the premier company, the best company in the world. But I'm not here just to be a measuring stick. I'm here for the world title. That's why I signed and that's what I'm here for. It's nothing personal, but I'm going to get after these guys hard, man. I'm going to be a dangerous guy to fight."

UFC Fight Night: Henderson vs. dos Anjos fight card
Did you know that it was double fight week? You have the Fight Pass card in Macau early in the morning, followed by a night time show in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In the main event are lightweight standouts Ben Henderson and Rafael dos Anjos, while the rest of the main card unfortunately has been chewed up with injuries. Mike Pyle now fights Jordan Mein in the co-main after Mein lost his original opponent (Brandon Thatch) to injury. Ditto for Pyle, who was slated to face Demian Maia. Max Holloway now fights newcomer Clay Collard instead of the injured Mirsad Bektic.

UFC Targeting Lyoto Machida-Luke Rockhold Middleweight Bout for 2014 Event
Luke
Rockhold has won two straight fights in the UFC. | Dave
Mandel/Sherdog.com
A middleweight showdown between Lyoto
Machida and Luke
Rockhold is in the works for a
UFC event sometime later this year.
UFC light heavyweight Daniel
Cormier , who is Rockhold’s teammate at the American Kickboxing
Academy, first reported the bout during Wednesday’s edition of UFC
Tonight. It is currently unclear as to when or where such a matchup
would take place. Cormier said the fight is being “discussed
internally” within the promotion.
A former light heavyweight champion, Machida recently came up short
in his bid for 185-pound gold, dropping a unanimous decision to
Chris
Weidman at UFC 175 in July. “The Dragon” made the move to
middleweight last year, debuting in the division with a head kick
knockout of Mark Munoz on
Oct. 26. He then outpointed Gegard
Mousasi at UFC Fight Night on Feb. 15 before falling to
Weidman.
Rockhold, meanwhile, had a rough introduction to the Octagon, as he
was knocked out in his promotional debut by Vitor
Belfort at UFC on FX 8.

Video: Why is Cung Le so jacked in this photo? Le explains as Bisping speculates
“I have seen this picture that is making the rounds on the Internet, and my son actually emailed it to me and said, ‘Dad, are you sure Cung Le isn’t on (testosterone-replacement therapy)?'” Bisping told MMAjunkie earlier today during a media event in Hong Kong. “And I laughed. UFC boss discusses stakes of Anderson Silva vs. Nick Diaz at UFC 183
The buzz surrounding the Silva vs. Diaz matchup will unquestionably make it one of the biggest fights of 2015. Dominick Cruz-Takeya Mizugaki Bantamweight Clash to Serve as Featured Prelim at UFC 178
Dominick Cruz will headline the UFC 178 preliminary card. | Dave
Mandel/Sherdog.com
UFC 178 could arguably be headlined by several different fights
on the pay-per-view card.
The Sept. 27 event -- which emanates from MGM Grand Garden Arena in
Las Vegas -- is so stacked, that the nearly three-year wait to
finally see Dominick
Cruz inside the Octagon again will be featured during the
prelims.
Cruz will return to bantamweight action against Takeya
Mizugaki . The duo will anchor the Fox Sports 1 portion of the
event. The preliminary bill will also include three more bouts:
Jorge
Masvidal vs. James
Krause , Patrick Cote
vs. Stephen
Thompson and Brian
Ebersole vs. John
Howard .
What oversaturation?
UFC
UFC 178 was originally slated to feature a light heavyweight
title fight pitting Jon Jones
against Daniel
Cormier . However, the PPV took a minor hit when “Bones” was
forced to withdraw due to injury.
Zuffa officials responded by bumping the UFC
177 co-main event between Demetrious
Johnson and Chris
Cariaso to Sept.

NEWS - Champ Marlon Moraes Thinks Beyond His First Title Defense In The WSOF: "I'm Going To Shock The World" | WSOF World Series of Fighting MMA
(Translated to English)
Bantamweight champion of the WSOF since March, when he overcame Josh Rettinghouse, Brazilian Marlon Moraes will make his first title defense in the Organization the next day September 13, against the undefeated American Josh Hill. Frankie Edgar partner and pupil of Ricardo Cachorrão, Marlon said, in an exclusive interview to the PVT, on the preparation for the fight.
"They gave me that I should fight this date and the contract was already signed seven weeks ago. The preparation is as usual: very strong focus in all areas. I started camp this time with the folks at ATT, who gave me the greatest strength and I camp here in New Jersey with the big dog and Mark Henry, Team Edgar. Us attempts to merge all modes of struggle and we are with partners that offer training in all areas: wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu and muay thai. I'm awaiting the arrival of my muay thai trainer, which is coming to strengthen the final stretch ".
At the age of 27 years, Canadian Josh Hill still doesn't know what is defeat in MMA. In five years as a professional, Hill accumulated 10 victories, only the last one, a little more than two months at WSOF.
